Shipping

We make every effort to prepare and process orders within 24 hours of purchase excluding weekends and holidays. We ship all orders from Louisville, KY. Local same-day deliveries must be placed before 3pm Eastern to receive the package same day. UPS Next Day Air orders will go out same day if placed before 3pm Eastern.

Order total must be at least $99 AFTER all DISCOUNTS for FREE SHIPPING.  Free shipping is not expedited shipping.  Free shipping offer applies to all orders within the contiguous United States.  Because of shipping costs, we are unable to offer free shipping in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Select UPS for faster shipping. The US Postal Service (USPS) is experiencing delays, but we're just 5 miles from UPS Worldport, the GLOBAL hub in Louisville. We have added additional UPS options to get the cuteness to you in record time!

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking number for updates.  Once we deliver your order to USPS or UPS, we are unable to see updates beyond the info provided by the carriers via their tracking numbers.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for paying any duties and taxes.

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Clearance or Sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.

Items that have been used

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If your refund has been processed, and you have not received it within 7 days, contact your financial institution. Note: it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If your payment cannot be located, please contact us using the contact form on our website.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Clearance sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pinktagboutique.com and send your item to: 217 East Main Street, #107, Louisville Kentucky 40202, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
