Order Cancellations
To cancel your order prior to shipping, please email us at: hello@pinktag.com. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Defective Products
When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way we accept returns and will offer a full refund.
We accept returns via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
To begin a return email us at hello@pinktag.com with a description and image of the damaged item. If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to send your order back to us.

For incorrect, damaged, or defective products, PinkTag will pay for return shipping.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to return the item back to us. This means within that 30 days, the item will be delivered back to us and in our possession.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
We process refunds as soon as we receive the returned product. Typically, bank and credit card companies post the refund within 7 days.
The original shipping cost can also be refunded for defective products.
The refund will be sent to the form of payment used to make the original purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wrong Address
We always ship to the address provided in the "Shipping address" field at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost if we were given the wrong address. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.
Refuses Delivery Of Package
If the customer refuses to accept a delivered package that they ordered and it is returned back to the sender(PinkTag), the customer will receive the refund as a store credit. If PinkTag is charged shipping fees, additional fees for the return, or if the customer received free shipping, these fees will be deducted from the refund before issuing a store credit to cover shipping costs.
Price Matching
We are a small, family-owned business. We are unable to match pricing from other retailers.
Promotions
Future sale pricing and discounts cannot be applied to past purchases.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, face masks, Derby hats, Derby fascinators, Derby supplies, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
