Do you price match?
We are a small, family-owned business. We are unable to match pricing from other retailers.

Shipping
How quickly do you ship orders out?
We work hard to ship all orders out within one business day. We work limited hours on Saturday, and we do not work on Sundays. We ship all orders from Louisville, KY.
What shipping service should I use?
Select UPS for faster shipping. The US Postal Service (USPS) is experiencing delays, but we're just 5 miles from UPS Worldport, the GLOBAL hub in Louisville. We have added additional UPS options to get the cuteness to you in record time!
What if my package is delayed?
If your package is delayed, please check your tracking number for updates. Once we deliver your order to USPS or UPS, we are unable to see updates beyond the info provided by the carriers via their tracking numbers.
USPS says my package has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
We have a daily pickup from USPS. Due to Covid, USPS is experiencing higher than usual delays and they sometimes make mistakes when scanning packages. Give your item 2-3 more business days, and it should arrive within that timeframe. If it doesn’t, please reach out to USPS or send us a message at hello@pinktag.com.
What if I provided the wrong address at checkout?
We always ship to the address provided in the "Shipping address" field at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost if we were given the wrong address. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. If you provided the wrong address, and the item has been delivered, please reach out to the carrier that shipped your package. They can assist in retrieving your package from the wrong address.
How do I get free shipping?
Order total must be at least $99 AFTER all DISCOUNTS for FREE SHIPPING. Free shipping is not expedited shipping. Free shipping offer applies to all orders within the contiguous United States. Because of carrier shipping rates beyond our control, we are unable to offer free shipping in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

We offer lots of convenient ways to pay. Accepted forms of payment include Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, PayPal Express Checkout, Amazon Pay, and Sezzle.

What do I do if an item is out of stock?
We know how it feels when an item you can't live without is sold out. We have made it easy for you to sign up for restock notifications. Select your size or color. Select the large pink button that says "Notify me when available." Enter your Email Address. Click "Notify Me When Available.” When the item is restocked, you’ll be the first to know!
Do you have a physical, brick-and-mortar store?
Yes! We're going to open our first brick-and-mortar location on October 1st, 2022 at the Oxmoor Center in Louisville KY.
Do you offer local pickup?
At the moment, we do not. Once our brick-and-mortar is open, we will have the option for local pickup. More details are coming soon! Some zip codes are available for local same-day delivery for an extra fee.
