Order total must be at least $99 AFTER all DISCOUNTS for FREE SHIPPING. Free shipping is not expedited shipping. Free shipping offer applies to all orders within the contiguous United States. Because of carrier shipping rates beyond our control, we are unable to offer free shipping in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Select UPS for faster shipping. The US Postal Service (USPS) is experiencing delays, but we're near UPS Worldport, the GLOBAL hub in Louisville. We have added additional UPS options to get the cuteness to you in record time!
IMPORTANT: We always ship to the address provided in the "Shipping address" field at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost if we were given the wrong address. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.
If your package is delayed, please check your tracking number for updates. Once we deliver your order to USPS or UPS, we are unable to see updates beyond the info provided by the carriers via their tracking numbers.

We make every effort to prepare and process orders within 24 hours of purchase excluding weekends and holidays. We ship all orders from Prospect, KY.
We ship to all 50 US states and 12 US territories via USPS and UPS. We also ship internationally via UPS and DHL. Customers are responsible for paying any international duties and taxes.
